How long you have

You have 30 days after your order arrives to ask for a return.

How to start one

Email us. Tell us what you bought and why you're sending it back. We'll tell you where to send it. Please wait for our reply before you mail anything.

What shape it should be in

Send it back clean, with everything it came with, in the box or bag it came in. Clothes should be worn only to try on.

Who pays to ship it back

You pay the return shipping. If it's our mistake, like it came damaged or it's the wrong item, you don't.

Your refund

Once your return arrives back to us, we send your refund to the card you paid with. How long your bank takes to show it is up to your bank.

If it came damaged or wrong

Email us. A photo helps. We'll send you a new one or refund you.

Cancelling

You can cancel before your order ships. Email us and we cancel it and refund you in full. Once it ships, use the return steps above.
