Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

We haven't confirmed yet whether our supplier ships to Alaska, Hawaii or the US territories. If you live there, please email us before you order.

Every order ships from a warehouse in the United States. Each product page shows how long shipping takes.

Shipping times

We only show a shipping time we have a good reason to believe.

If your order cannot ship on time, we will tell you. You can choose to wait, or you can cancel for a full refund.

If we cannot ship your order at all, we cancel it and refund you in full.

If we cancel your order, or you cancel a late one, we send your refund to the card you paid with. How long your bank takes to show it is up to your bank.

Christmas

To get your order by Christmas, order by December 12, 2026 (our own estimate). Each product page shows this date too.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you get a tracking number by email.
