How we ship

Where it ships from

Every order ships from our supplier's warehouse in the United States. Once you pay, we place your order with them, and they pack it and send it to you.

How long it takes

Most orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 3 days. Then delivery takes 3 to 8 days. Those are our supplier's own numbers for this warehouse. Each product page shows its shipping time too.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

We haven't confirmed yet whether our supplier ships to Alaska, Hawaii or the US territories. If you live there, please email us before you order.

The hand warmer's battery

The hand warmer has a lithium battery built in. Our supplier's warehouse packs and ships the box, and the carrier's rules for boxes with batteries are theirs to follow.

The heated jacket comes with no battery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you get a tracking number by email.

If it's running late

We only show a shipping time we have a good reason to believe. If your order cannot ship on time, we will tell you. You can choose to wait, or you can cancel for a full refund. If we cannot ship it at all, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Christmas

To get it by Christmas, order by December 12, 2026. That date is our own estimate, not our supplier's: we counted back from the slowest time above, 3 days to leave the warehouse and 8 days to arrive, so it lands by December 23. It shows on each product page too.
