How to use and care for your heated puffer jacket

Powering it

No battery comes with this jacket. It runs on a USB power bank, and you use your own. We'll say what kind of power bank works, and how long it runs, once our sample is in our hands.

Charge the power bank all the way before you head out.

If you'll be out all day, keep a second charged bank on you and swap it when the first one runs low.

Wearing it

Wear it like any coat. It's a puffer with a hood and nine heat zones built in. The puffy layer around the heat holds it in.

We'll list our sample's heat settings, and where the nine zones sit, once it is in our hands.

Don't sleep in it while it's turned on.

Sizing

We sell it in five picks only: black in 3XL, blue in 2XL, blue in S, red in M, and red in S. Those are the ones that ship from our supplier's US warehouse.

We don't have a size chart for it yet. We'll put it here once we do. Buyers of other heated clothing often say it runs small, so if you're between sizes, the bigger one is the safer pick.

Washing

Follow the care label.

When to stop using it

Check the jacket and its cable before you wear it. Stop using it if it looks worn or torn, or if the cable is frayed or cracked.

If it doesn't fit

You have 30 days after it arrives to ask for a return. Email us and we'll help. How returns work is on our returns page.

Updated when our sample arrives.
